Beautiful But Not Beautiful

Minh is a very active boy, he likes to draw and draws very well. Every day Minh practices drawing on his drawing paper. Minh’s paintings are praised by many people. Uncle Long often looks at Minh’s paintings and says they are beautiful.

One day Minh thought that if he drew on the wall so many people could see it, he would get more compliments.

The boy went to a newly painted white wall at the school near his home to draw a picture.

The boy used a lot of watercolors on the wall to create his picture.

The boy saw Uncle Long passing by and asked: Uncle Long, do you think my painting is beautiful today?

Uncle Long looked at the boy’s painting on the white wall and asked him: Did you ask anyone before drawing on the wall?

Minh replied: I haven’t, I think the white wall is convenient to paint for beauty.

Uncle Long nodded and said: Your painting is beautiful, but there is one thing that is no longer beautiful.

Minh asked again what is that uncle?

Uncle Long replied: The newly painted white wall of the school was painted dirty.

Minh stood there thinking for a while before realizing that he had scribbled on the school wall without permission. He had ruined the beautiful white walls of the school.
